Reviews and Ratings
Staying in the presidential suite here was a mixed experience. The rooms are really big and well-equipped, but the Nespresso machine was unusable due to the European power socket. The service was generally cooperative and pleasant, especially during breakfast. The location is good, located in Eko Garden, making business commute convenient in busy Lagos. The dining options had variety but could use improvement delivering meals to rooms. Facilities are decent, but exteriors need a facelift and better surveillance. An overall quality stay but with some limitations.
I couldn't help but appreciate the central location of the hotel, very convenient with a good view of the ocean. The rooms, though smaller than expected, were surprisingly comfortable. The service provided was a mix of unhelpful and helpful encounters. Dining options were decent with some favorites to choose from, but the breakfast menu lacked variety. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers a convenient location for both work and leisure, although traffic can be a bit of an issue. The service is top-notch, especially with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience is excellent, with delicious regional dishes. However, room maintenance can be lacking, as experienced with a broken washbasin cable during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic and the service was friendly and attentive, the room facing the main road was quite noisy. The dining options were limited and expensive, but the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although ample and well-serviced, had a persistent musty smell and old showers. On the bright side, some rooms offered views of the Eko Atlantic project and the ocean, making them quite enjoyable. The location was convenient for business on Victoria Island, but the cleanliness in some areas was lacking. The dining options were okay with room for improvement, and the service, while generally good, had some rude encounters.
